Employees and their covered spouses (or DPs) enrolled in a Gong Cigna Medical Plan get access to Progyny. Progyny includes coverage and support for Preconception, try to conceive support, comprehensive fertility treatment coverage, access to top fertility specialists, and Unlimited concierge support from a dedicated Progyny Care Advocate (PCA).

Kaiser Members

Our Kaiser Medical Plans generally cover the diagnosis and treatment (office visits, lab, or other services) of infertility and artificial insemination when you meet Kaiser’s definition of medical infertility. Kaiser California also covers advanced fertility treatment such as IVF, GIFT, ZIFT and fertility preservation, subject to stated contract limits for each plan.

Carrot

Carrot is available for adoption and surrogacy reimbursement.
