Your health and well-being are a top priority at Gong. Preventive care is covered 100% by your medical plans, including immunizations and screenings, so you and your family can access these services at no cost. We also provide resources such as our wellness program, Wellbeing@Gong, to support a balanced lifestyle — from staying active to managing stress and navigating life changes.

Through Forma, you receive $75 each month to spend on eligible wellness expenses like gym memberships, fitness classes, weight-management or smoke-cessation programs, and more. A debit card is included for purchases outside the platform. Gong also offers a dedicated fund to support new parents, helping ease the transition into parenthood.
